Remote Support

IT network administration & maintenance is vital to the smooth running of any network whether it is installed aboard a megayacht, tanker or a shoreside office. The Livewire Connections proactive support contracts reduce the requirement for the onboard ETO/Engineer to have dedicated IT skills saving the vessel resources.

Onboard IT issues are resolved remotely using remote access technologies without the need to utilise too much of the crew’s valuable time. Each vessel has a primary and secondary engineer to ensure that when it is necessary to pick up the phone the issue is resolved quickly.

Support contracts are tailored to suit each vessels requirements with different packages including all onboard IT, communications and email being supported.
